I have had a space there for 5 years for my toy hauler and could not be more happy. Rose is amazing, always available & responsive! The facility is clean and secure. Being centrally located in Palm Springs is key, as this facility is 5 minutes away from my house. others are much further and not as easy to access in and out. I hope I never have to look for another storage facility.“

Great facility! I have been renting a unit here for 9 years! Rose (the manager) is fantastic! You can tell that this place is owned and operated by good people, because they treat their customers well and are very fair. The prices are great! They are not like “other” storage places that get you in at a low price but then endlessly raise the rate! Definitely recommend them!“

We found Big 10 Storage Room after our unit at Extra Space Storage was broken into, and the experience with them has been night and day. Extra Space Storage was horrible to deal with during such a stressful time, but Rose at Big 10 Storage Room was incredibly compassionate and understanding of our situation.
Rose took the time to help us choose the right unit size, and we are currently renting a 10 x 20, which has been perfect for our needs. If you’re looking for a safe and secure storage facility, I highly recommend reaching out to Rose, she truly cares and goes above and beyond.
I also prefer supporting a family-owned business over large corporate companies that don’t seem to care about you or the belongings you’ve worked so hard for. One thing I love about this location is that even though our unit is not climate-controlled, it always feels comfortable inside.
Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our decision to move to Big 10 Storage Room.
